WordJelly began with a simple belief: a child's first taste of a new language should feel like a game, not a lesson. So we built activity books bright enough to reach for and gentle enough to finish.
Why WordJelly Began
WordJelly exists because we kept noticing the same gap. So much of what is made for young language learners sits at one of two extremes. Some of it is formal and worksheet-heavy, and feels like homework before a child has even picked up a pencil. The rest lives on a screen, when many families would happily have a little less screen time, not more.
We wanted to offer something different: activity books that children actually enjoy opening. Learning happens naturally through games, colouring, puzzles and gentle repetition, so new words settle in without any of it feeling like schoolwork.
Every page is designed with care, so children can build confidence a little at a time rather than feeling overwhelmed. And every activity we make shares one goal: to help children enjoy discovering a new language.

WordJelly for Ages 8 to 10
Our next collection is already in development. Designed for children who are ready to move beyond their first words, the new books will introduce a wider vocabulary, more challenging activities, simple reading exercises and larger themed activity books, while keeping the colourful, playful style that makes WordJelly fun.
